Laopu Gold leases whole floor at Central Exchange Square, deepening Hong Kong presence

Beijing jewellery brand Laopu Gold has leased an entire mid-level floor at One Exchange Square in Central, measuring about 13,000 square feet, to support its global expansion, two people with knowledge of the matter said. One Exchange Square is also home to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX). Mainland consumer companies and financial institutions have recently been increasingly moving into Hong Kong's core business district.
