Eddie Yue on the 2026 Global Financial Leaders' Investment Summit

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority will hold the fifth Global Financial Leaders' Investment Summit from 2 to 4 November 2026, bringing together about 280 international financial leaders, including about 120 group chairmen and chief executives. The summit theme is "Thinking Afresh, Breaking New Ground", and participants will discuss macroeconomic trends, changes in financial markets and the opportunities and risks brought by technological development. On 4 November, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Academy of Finance will co-organise a "Conversations with Global Investors" seminar.
