Anita Mui's ashes stolen; police serious crime unit follows up, no arrests so far

The Anita Mui International Fan Club issued an urgent appeal last night, saying that Mui's ashes, kept at the Haihui Pagoda of Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island, had been stolen since July this year. Police's serious crime unit is following up and no one has been arrested so far. Nearly 3 months have passed since the relevant parties reported the case to the police, and the ashes have still not been recovered.
