AFCD: Unattended dogs to be caught at high-risk locations as priority over next 4 months

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) launched a new phase of special operation today (8th), stepping up the catching of unattended dogs over the next 4 months at high-risk locations where dogs had attacked passers-by and where stray dogs gathered. The department will work closely with the police and, when necessary, launch joint special enforcement operations to require dog keepers to fulfil their responsibilities, and will continue the relevant operations depending on the situation.
