Chan Siu-hung concerned about hardware, software and overall transport links at Huanggang Port Building

Legislative Council Panel on Transport member Chan Siu-hung said he is concerned about the hardware, software and overall transport supporting arrangements at the rebuilt Huanggang Port Building, and expects a considerable number of people to visit for photos on the first Saturday and Sunday after the port opens. The authorities have provided a public transport buffer area near the port building, with franchised buses on standby, and the Transport Department will also arrange sufficient staff to direct travellers. He expects the MTR Northern Link to open in 2034, with the branch line connecting to Huanggang Port.
