Over 160,000 Hong Kong residents pre-register for "joint clearance" e-channels as Huanggang Port opens next Monday

Over 160,000 Hong Kong residents have pre-registered to use the "joint clearance" e-channels ahead of the revamped Huanggang Port opening next Monday. Secretary for Security Chris Tang said the Security Bureau will activate the Emergency Monitoring and Support Centre to oversee operations, and will set up a joint command centre with Shenzhen authorities, deploying extra staff to ensure a smooth opening.
