Land Registry Updates Owners' Corporations Index Dataset Monthly

data.gov.hk has added the Owners' Corporations Index dataset, updated monthly, listing the names, building addresses and corporation numbers of owners' corporations incorporated under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344), making it easier to search the corporations register and related records. Under the ordinance, the Land Registry processes and approves applications for corporation registration, issues certificates of registration and keeps the corporations register for public inspection.
