Online game chatroom posts about bombing Admiralty Station; patient assistant defends himself saying he spoke in anger and talked nonsense

A 31-year-old former hospital patient services assistant II posted in the League of Legends chatroom "I'm going to bomb the MTR on New Year's Day" and "Admiralty Station", and was charged with threatening to destroy or damage property. The case began trial yesterday at Eastern Magistracy. The defendant defended himself by saying he was insulted and provoked by other players and was emotionally agitated, and that his 3 sentences were merely venting his feelings and talking nonsense. Magistrate Chu Man-hon adjourned the case to 30 October for verdict.
