Xiao Nan Guo (3666) announced that it entered into a sale and purchase agreement on 30 October with a Thai investor to sell Xiao Nan Guo (Hong Kong) for $800,000, with the consideration payable in full in cash. Upon completion, the company will no longer hold any shares in Xiao Nan Guo (Hong Kong), and the company will cease to be its subsidiary.
