Chris Sun: Foreign Domestic Helper Policy Must Be Fair, No Intention to Introduce Trial Period

Secretary for Labour and Welfare Chris Sun said in LegCo that foreign domestic helper policy involves a large number of families and helpers and must be fair and impartial, with no need to introduce a trial period. He also mentioned that foreign home care workers, who will soon be piloted, must complete training and assessment locally, and the authorities will ensure the courses suit Hong Kong's actual circumstances.
