APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting Held at Wan Chai Convention Centre as Tang Ping-keung Says Sufficient Manpower Deployed to Ensure Safety of Dignitaries

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers' Meeting will be held at the Wan Chai Convention Centre tomorrow and the day after, with some member economies successively confirming or announcing attending officials. The United States is expected to send a delegation led by Deputy Treasury Secretary Francis Brooke and Assistant Secretary Erin Browne, Russia is understood to be represented by a deputy finance minister in Hong Kong, and Canada by a parliamentary secretary to the finance ministry. Secretary for Security Tang Ping-keung said sufficient manpower will be deployed to ensure the safety of dignitaries from various places.
