Peak Red Plum Court, held by Wharf and Wheelock Properties, recorded two deals within a month, involving Houses 30 and 31, each with a saleable area of about 3,195 sq ft, at prices of $103 million and $32,238 per sq ft respectively, raising a total of $206 million. The developer said Red Plum Court is located at 8 Plunkett's Road, The Peak, with sea and mountain views of the Southern District, and that its Peak Collection luxury properties have recorded deals since VIP preview appointments opened, reflecting keen market demand for Peak luxury homes.
