Experts warn that selling land by the West Kowloon Cultural District can only provide short-term relief and cannot replace a sustainable long-term financing model. The operating deficit of the West Kowloon Cultural District continues to widen, and the Authority will invite tenders for a prime residential site in the first half of next year.
