Secretary for Housing Chris Wong said the sale and purchase agreements under the Wang Fuk Court special sales scheme must be signed by next Thursday, and cases that have passed the deadline will still be handled. He explained that if delays arise from reasons beyond the buyer's control, such as the death of the original owner, the authorities will make arrangements with maximum flexibility; if buyers have no intention to discuss, no longer submit documents or refuse to sign, this will be regarded as no longer accepting the acquisition plan, and the transaction will be terminated.
