Analysts note that Hong Kong's Grade A office market is recovering relatively quickly, prompting some owners of core district properties to accelerate asset sales. Centaline Commercial managing director Poon Chi-ming said the number of Grade A offices for sale in core districts has increased, and stable rental income prospects from established financial, securities and banking tenants are attracting some buyers.
