Bright Gene terminates H-share listing

Pharmaceutical company Bright Gene (Shanghai: 688166) announced yesterday that it has terminated the issuance of H shares and will no longer list on the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (0388). The company explained that its previous filing approval is due to expire shortly, and, after taking into account multiple factors including changes in the domestic and overseas capital market environment, it made the decision following prudent discussions.
