SIERRA and Coastline Sell Out 362 Units in a Single Day; Two Projects May Add More Units Soon and Could Clash Again This Week

Sun Hung Kai's SIERRA SEA Phase 2C (2) in Sai Kung Sai Sha and Yuexiu Property's Coastline Phase 1 on Tung Yuen Street in Yau Tong both went on sale yesterday. All 362 units offered across the two projects were sold, with both also attracting bulk buyers. It is understood the two major developers plan to add more units soon, and the two projects may go head-to-head again this week.
