Immigration Department and Shenzhen Border Inspection hold working meeting on Huanggang Port clearance details

The Immigration Department said that Hong Kong and Shenzhen held a working meeting on the upcoming commissioning of Huanggang Port. Deputy Director Cheng Wamuk and Deputy Director-General Zhou Dazhi of the Shenzhen General Station of Border Inspection, among others, discussed and optimised various clearance details. The two sides exchanged the latest entry and exit procedures under the "joint inspection, single release" process, and the Department reviewed emergency arrangements such as peak passenger flow and system failures, stating that it would closely monitor passenger traffic during the initial period of clearance and prepare sufficient manpower.
