Transport Department explains new Huanggang Border Crossing taxi pick-up arrangements to trade

The Transport Department has explained to the taxi trade the detailed arrangements for picking up and dropping off passengers at the new Huanggang Border Crossing. The new Huanggang Border Crossing will not have pick-up points for non-fleet app-hailing taxis; urban red taxis, New Territories green taxis and pre-booked fleet taxis will have management arrangements in place for queuing, crowd diversion and ticketing.
