Lam Man-kin: Department of Health deploys sufficient manpower to ensure smooth and orderly health quarantine operations at Huanggang Port

Lam Man-kin said the Department of Health had deployed sufficient manpower to ensure smooth and orderly health quarantine procedures when the rebuilt Huanggang Port opens. The passenger inspection hall is equipped with a "collective-type infrared thermal imaging temperature detection system", while vehicles use "joint one-stop" lanes with an "information collection all-in-one machine" to complete temperature, document, facial and fingerprint collection in one go, shortening clearance time.
