The Tourism Board plans to launch a light-and-shadow effect project in the area of Lugard Road and Harlech Road on The Peak, operating from 7pm to 10pm, expected to run for a 12-month trial. This newspaper found that spotlights have been installed on railings along part of Lugard Road, with lighting devices and wires hung on trees, and projectors placed on metal frames by the roadside.
