Bloomberg: PAG in talks to acquire China Evergrande Property Services

Asia-Pacific private equity investment firm PAG is in exclusive negotiations with the liquidators of China Evergrande, seeking to acquire a majority stake in China Evergrande Property Services (6666) and finalise the deal terms. People familiar with the matter said talks are ongoing and it remains uncertain whether the deal can be completed. After the news emerged, China Evergrande Property Services closed at $1.205 yesterday, up 5.7%, with turnover of $27.8 million.
