Cheung Chung-kiu files claim against Xu Jiayin's asset receivers for 10.1 billion

Cheung Chung-kiu has filed a claim seeking 101 hundred million dollars in full from Xu Jiayin, his asset receivers, namely Evergrande liquidators Eddie Yue and Tiffany Wong, together with interest calculated at a rate the court deems appropriate and costs. The move came after China Evergrande (former stock code 3333) was sued for debt recovery by Evergrande's liquidators last week.
