Hotstone Yoga suddenly ceases operations, Consumer Council receives 286 complaints involving HK$3.9 million

Hotstone Yoga suddenly ceased operations on Thursday, and the Consumer Council said on Friday that it had received 286 complaints involving about HK$3.9 million, with Customs investigating the incident. The company had branches in Central, Causeway Bay, Jordan, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Sha Tin, and one student said a package bought for HK$11,800 still had 44 unused classes remaining.
