San Tin Technopole Operator Pledges Low-Cost Land to Attract Tenants

The operator of San Tin Technopole has pledged to provide low-cost land to attract tenants and plans to reclaim ponds near the Shenzhen boundary for redevelopment, to meet the needs of a client requiring large floor areas. Chairman Sunny Chai Ngai-chiu also welcomed the government's proposed HK$10 billion (US$1.27 billion) capital injection into the government-owned institution.
