The Wang Fuk Court special sales plan requires owners who have signed letters accepting the acquisition offer to complete signing of sale and purchase agreements by next Thursday at the latest. The flat-selection process is expected to be completed by the end of November, and owners who sign before the end of the selection period will still be invited to select flats. If ownership of a unit has not yet been transferred to the government, the authorities will reserve a new unit first and sign the agreement after the transfer. The Housing Bureau said that where timely signing is not possible due to special circumstances such as an inability to clarify ownership, appropriate arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
