Harbour Grand Kowloon's Coffee Corner launches a new "Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng breakfast", offering Hong Kong classics such as rice noodles with pickled mustard greens and shredded pork, and satay beef instant noodles, with optional additions of buttered pineapple bun and sunny-side-up or scrambled eggs. There are also various Hong Kong-style bun sets such as corned beef, cheese and egg crispy bun, and butter and ham pineapple bun, each set served with a classic drink such as Hong Kong-style milk tea, coffee or yuenyeung.
