According to Lands Department data, The Pacific in Hung Hom Wing Kwong Street, a collaboration between Sino Land (0083) and the Urban Renewal Authority and others, located near MTR To Kwa Wan Station, was approved for presale last month, involving 451 units, expected to be completed in September 2028, with an off-plan period of about 24 months. A total of 2 presale consent letters were issued last month, involving 1380 units in total, down 26.6% month-on-month.
