New Menu Debuts at "Chao Ting" in Yuen Long YOHO as Sichuan Spice and Western Elements Reshape Chaozhou Cuisine

Chaozhou restaurant "Chao Ting" at YOHO MALL I in Yuen Long has launched a new menu based on traditional Chaozhou cuisine, incorporating Sichuan spice and Western elements, with dishes including "Shantou Seafood Platter with Crispy Baguette", "Flaming Pineapple and Mango Sweet and Sour Pork" and "Wellington Preserved Vegetable Meatloaf". From now until 30 November, each table spending $600 or more on dine-in dinner will receive a free crispy sesame chicken (worth $168), and desserts and drinks are on buy-one-get-one-free.
