The prosecution continued to call Abbie Choi's mother Cheung Yen-fa to testify in the High Court, where she recounted a dispute with Kwong Kau when selling the Kadoorie Hill flat in 2022. She testified that Kwong had said "kill her" and "kill your whole family", and she wailed in court while watching CCTV footage of Choi visiting the flat to view the property on the day she was murdered. Judge Keith Ki-yin Kwai ordered an adjournment to allow her to rest.
