Secretary for Transport and Logistics Mable Chan briefed the Legislative Council Panel on Economic Development on 2 October about the transport and logistics measures in Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address. Aviation targets include increasing airport flight destinations from over 220 to 240, with the permanent Dongguan air cargo hub facilities due to be completed by mid-next year with a capacity of 1 million tonnes; over 140 low-altitude economy regulatory sandbox projects have already been regularised.
