Centre for Health Protection Records 2 Imported Dengue Fever Cases; Patients Had Travelled to India and Bangladesh

The Centre for Health Protection recorded 2 imported dengue fever cases in the past week. During the incubation period, the 2 patients had respectively travelled to India and Bangladesh. Hong Kong has recorded a cumulative total of 36 dengue fever cases so far this year, including 34 imported and 2 local infections. The centre recorded no new chikungunya fever cases in the same period.
