Hong Kong government: Those travelling to and from the reopened Huanggang Port must use authorised transport

The Hong Kong government announced that travel to and from the reopened Huanggang Port is only permitted by authorised public transport, including pre-booked licensed taxi fleets, and no ride-hailing car services will be available within the port control area. Transport officials urged travellers at a press conference on Wednesday not to rush to use the new port during its initial period of operation, with the port expected to open on Monday.
