Sino Land's Daryl Ng: Will Continue to Study Northern Metropolis and Other Land Tender Opportunities, Stable Dividends with Cash on Hand, Increase Land Reserve

Sino Land chairman Daryl Ng says the group will continue to study land tender opportunities in the Northern Metropolis and elsewhere after winning the Hung Shui Kiu project there. He says that after 4 months of study, he believes Northern Metropolis development can combine wetlands, shopping malls, entertainment, culture or hotel and dining, and expects that with MTR connections and the development of a university town, Hong Kong will enter a golden period of development. The group will use cash on hand to maintain stable dividends and continue to use it to increase its land reserve.
