Prosecution: Kwang family pre-bought chainsaw and meat grinder to dismember body; Cheung Tin-fung believed to have been hammered to death after Kwang Kong-chi boarded the car en route, body cooked with radishes to mask smell

The trial of the murder of Abby Choi resumed at the High Court yesterday. In opening remarks, the prosecution said defendant Kwang Kau, besides renting the village house, also bought a chainsaw, meat grinder and large stockpot to process the body, while the hammer bought by Kwang Kong-kit was believed to be the weapon used by Kwang Kong-chi to kill Choi. The prosecution said that after Choi was killed, sounds of a chainsaw and cooking smells came from the village house, and that the body was cooked with green and white radishes to mask the odour.
