Swiss Private Bank Executive: Hong Kong's Status as Wealth Management Hub Is Rising as 'the Race Has Begun'

A senior Swiss private banker at the Global Financial Leaders' Investment Summit hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority acknowledged Hong Kong's growing prominence as a global cross-border wealth management centre. EFG International chief executive Giorgio Pradelli said "the race has begun", noting that geopolitical tensions are prompting wealthy clients to diversify their investments and where they hold their assets.
