Woman threatened staff while applying for Working Family Allowance, bound over for one year

A 34-year-old saleswoman allegedly threatened a female officer by telephone at the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency and was charged with one count of criminal intimidation. She appeared again today (the 6th) at Kwun Tong Magistracy. The prosecution and defence agreed to resolve the matter by binding over, and the court approved the defendant's self-recognisance of $1000, a 12-month good behaviour bond, and the withdrawal of the charge.
