eMPF to launch one-stop MPF account information enquiry service on Monday

The eMPF Platform will launch a one-stop MPF account information enquiry service on Monday, allowing scheme members, authorised persons and estate representatives to apply to view trustee and plan names, account numbers and balances. Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority Chairman Ayesha Macpherson Lau said in a blog post that the new service spares members the need to follow up individually with different trustees; the authority said applications must be processed in accordance with statutory requirements and designated procedures, and authorised persons must submit an authorisation form and identity documents.
