Lam Ting-kwok Attends Hainan Free Trade Port Legal Week to Promote Hong Kong's Advantages and Sign Legal Services Co-operation Arrangement

Secretary for Justice Lam Ting-kwok attended the 2026 Hainan Free Trade Port Legal Week in Hainan to promote Hong Kong's professional services advantages and deepen Hainan-Hong Kong co-operation in legal and dispute resolution services. He encouraged aerospace enterprises in Hainan and across the country to choose Hong Kong law as the governing law of their contracts, and met with Qiu Lijun, Director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice, and signed a co-operation arrangement in the field of legal services, returning to Hong Kong in the evening.
