Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Li Song'en said the government is promoting silver quality assurance, with the elderly product certification scheme being rolled out progressively to help consumers make informed choices. She said the Consumer Council will launch the "Choice Information" mobile app in December to make it easier for consumers to access information.
