Civil Engineering and Development Department and Nanjing University of Science and Technology Sign Three-Year Memorandum of Understanding to Promote Blasting Safety Technology

The Civil Engineering and Development Department and Nanjing University of Science and Technology today signed in Nanjing a three-year memorandum of understanding to promote cooperation between the two sides in the fields of civil explosives and blasting safety technology. The memorandum was signed jointly by Director Fang Xuecheng and President Yang Yixin, covering staff training, technical exchanges and research, development and application of cutting-edge technology, aiming to enhance the safety and efficiency of blasting operations in infrastructure works. Fang Xuecheng hopes to promote the digitalisation and intelligentisation of civil explosives technology and management, providing efficient and safe technology for projects such as the construction of the Northern Metropolis.
