Hong Kong Airlines flight HX676 to Okinawa returns to Hong Kong Airport over suspected landing gear fault, no injuries

Hong Kong Airlines flight HX676 departed Hong Kong for Okinawa this morning. After takeoff, the landing gear was suspected of having failed to retract fully, and the crew returned to Hong Kong International Airport in accordance with standard safety procedures and landed safely, with none of the 160 passengers on board injured. Hong Kong Airlines arranged alternative flights for affected passengers to continue their journeys, with an expected delay of about two and a half hours.
