SIERRA SEA 2C(2) to sell 142 flats via price list in first round on Saturday

New World Development's SIERRA SEA Phase 2C(2) in Sai Kung, Sai Sha has added 53 flats, confirming that 142 flats will be released for sale via price list in the first round this Saturday, while a further 56 flats will be sold by tender this Friday. The project has previously launched two price lists covering a total of 158 flats, with a building agreement period of about 17 months.
