Rowe Price Greater China distribution business head Chan Wai-man said the impact and opportunities AI brings to the workplace coexist, which will make work and retirement arrangements more diverse, with working years, income and retirement arrangements possibly changing as a result, making flexible retirement planning increasingly important. The survey shows 72% of respondents expect a gradual transition to retirement in multiple stages.
