Hong Kong Stocks Fall About 1.3 Per Cent in Early Afternoon as Tech Index Drops Nearly 2 Per Cent

Hong Kong stocks continued to move lower in the afternoon, with the Hang Seng Index earlier at 24,483 points, down 313 points, or 1.26 per cent. The Technology Index was at 4,073 points, down 80 points, or 1.94 per cent.
