Clarence Leung: Policy Address New Measures Help Young People Integrate into National Development

Deputy Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Clarence Leung says the Policy Address proposes new measures including establishing an international youth talent exchange base, opening up internship and training opportunities in emerging fields, and deepening youth patriotic education, to help young people expand their international careers and participate deeply in Greater Bay Area development. He says the Chief Executive's first five-year plan for Hong Kong, announced last month, emphasises expanding youth development space and focuses on nurturing young talent who serve the country's needs and leverage Hong Kong's strengths.
