Regina Ip: Government Shows Resolve to Pursue Full Accountability at Every Level

Convenor of the Executive Council non-official members Regina Ip says the Chief Executive and principal officials have reported follow-up work to the public and apologised to victims and residents on behalf of the SAR government, showing resolve to pursue full accountability at every level. She agrees with the direction of the government's seven major systemic reforms, saying the Wang Fuk Court fire exposed long-standing shortcomings at different institutional levels. The Executive Council non-official members say they fully support the government in implementing comprehensive reforms.
