Government adds recreation and leisure facilities at Wo Chai Shan in Sham Shui Po, open for use from today

New recreation and leisure facilities added by the Government at Wo Chai Shan in Sham Shui Po opened today, including table tennis tables, a range of fitness facilities and safety matting. The Home Affairs Department said many residents had already used them on the first morning. The authorities completed the clearance of unlawful and unsafe structures, facilities and clutter at Wo Chai Shan in two phases in mid-August, and immediately proceeded with improvement works, including repairing signposts, railings and canopies, and adding seating and recreation and leisure facilities.
