Survey: Only 3% of Hong Kong Firms Fully Integrate AI into Workflows

A survey has found that only 3% of Hong Kong firms have fully integrated artificial intelligence into their workflows, with many facing obstacles such as resistance to organisational change and outdated digital infrastructure. The consulting firm Accenture, which conducted the survey, interviewed 150 firms, and the results published on Wednesday show that firms have a strong intention to adopt AI, but many find it difficult to put into practice.
