雪園壹號 launches crab roe brunch, debuts dedicated snow garden crab vinegar, limited to 30 portions daily

雪園壹號 at Southorn Hotel in Wan Chai is launching the「雪園六十．澄淮蟹粉Brunch」, available at lunch from today until 12月11日, limited to 30 portions daily, at $428 per person (minimum two people). The menu features 10 handmade crab roe dishes, and the restaurant is debuting its own brand「雪園蟹醋」, developed on a base of 10-year aged Zhenjiang vinegar. Diners may buy a bottle at the offer price of $58, originally $88, while stocks last.
